Dallas Ranked 12th Top City for Commercial Real Estate Investment
For those of us who live and work in Dallas-Fort Worth, we all know what the area has to offer – a favorable business environment, job growth, robust infrastructure, reasonably low cost of living, high quality of life, and more. But now our city is being recognized on an international stage, ranking 12th on JLL’s 2016 investment market survey. Behind the established world cities like New York, London, LA, Tokyo and Hong Kong, Dallas was labeled as a “New World City” alongside Silicon Valley and Boston.
With nearly $10 billion in commercial property sales last year, investors are seeing the city as favorable with lots to offer and great future potential. According to The Dallas Morning News, the largest property buys in the Dallas area were by investors from South Korea and Germany.
