  • North Texas’ double-digit vacancy rate (currently at 17.5 percent) is a result of the region’s low barriers of entry
  • Office construction has now hit a 5-year high, with more than 8 million square feet of real estate projects underway (36.5 percent of which is pre-leased)
  • Dallas’ 5.3 percent job growth year-over-year
  • The city’s 25th consecutive quarter of net office absorption
